I understand that all personal belongings, including musical instruments, are brought to and left on the courses entirely at the owner’s risk and the Bedfordshire Music Trust or its partners will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

I understand and accept that, whilst the staff supervising students on the course will take all reasonable care, neither the staff nor the Bedfordshire Music Trust or its partners can necessarily be held liable for any personal injury, loss of/damage to property, unless such personal injury, loss of or damage to property is due to the negligence of the staff or the Bedfordshire Music Trust and for which the staff and/or the Bedfordshire Music Trust are legally liable.

I have ensured that Bedfordshire Music Trust is fully aware of any relevant medical condition or special needs prior to the start of the course.

Bedfordshire Music Trust delivers courses and events in collaboration with its music partners: Music for Bedford Borough, Inspiring Music, Luton Music Service and Milton Keynes Music Service. Unless I have specifically requested otherwise, I agree to my contact details being shared with these partner organisations so I can be kept informed of activities that might be of interest.

For students aged under 18:
I understand that it is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure safe transport of students to and from all course/concert venues at the published times and that Bedfordshire Music Trust’s duty of care begins upon arrival at the rehearsal/concert venue each day and ends at the time of departure as detailed in the course timetable.

I agree to my son/daughter receiving medication as instructed and any emergency medical, surgical or dental treatment, including anaesthetic or blood transfusion, as considered necessary by the medical authorities attending. Bedfordshire Music Trust staff are under no obligation to administer medication but may do so only if full details are provided in writing prior to the course.

The Bedfordshire Music Trust and/or its partners may take photographs/videos of ensembles and musicians, which may be used to publicise music making activities. In such circumstances individual students will not be identified and images will not be made available to any other organisation. Should I not agree to photographs being taken of my child I will notify Bedfordshire Music Trust in writing prior to the start of the course being attended.

Students under 18 will not be permitted to leave the course venue during the course without prior written permission from their parent/carer.
